Club Evening 10 mile TTs starting Wednesday 16th May. 1st rider off 7pm from just East of Wallyford R’bout on the A199 – Restricted to current and prospective club riders.
MRCC open 25 TT Sunday 2nd September 2012 – details to follow later – Gala 25 course on the A7.
Turbo sessions are continuing on Tuesday evenings through Spring and its a good way to top up that race speed or just spin for some conditioning. Dodgy music optional. These run at the clubrooms, starting 6:30pm, try to get there beforehand to get your machine setup and ready to go. Normally last around the 1 hour mark. These will start up again come the winter months, probably around November
Thursday evening training at Gladsmuir. Run on an APR style with normally 3 groups based on ability on 3 x 8 mile laps of a flat circuit. Excellent training and a great introduction to riding in a group at pace. 6.30pm. New riders more than welcome. This is not run by Musselburgh and there’s a number of riders not attached to any club who come along.

Entries for the MRCC 3-up Team Time Trial which takes place Saturday 12th March close 1 week beforehand, ie 5th March.

The club’s AGM is this Sunday, November 7th. Musselburgh Old Town Hall 2pm start.
If you are a member then this is where you get to hear what the club has done and intends to do, where your club fees have been spent, where they might get spent next year and with the 75th celebrations the coming 12 months are going to be busy ones – please try to spare your Sunday afternoon and be present.
Reminder to everyone.
The Club is organising the annual Freewheeling Event at the sand quarry near Humbie this Sunday.
If you would like to take part or just watch, be at the sand quarry for 12:00 hrs.
Immediately after the freewheeling competition there will be a drum up (barbecue) in the sand quarry on the hill.
The club will provide some rolls and sauages but feel free to bring along your own culinary delights.
